Account Manager – Mid Level (2-3 years in similar role)

We’re looking for someone with demonstrable account management experience to work closely with our content team on a number of key clients. Core responsibilities and skills:

– Project management: Must be detail orientated, self disciplined, and well organised.

– Client service : Must have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build professional and personal relationships. The right candidate is well presented and capable of representing Clockwork Media confidently.

– Industry knowledge: Must have a thorough understanding of modern marketing techniques and practices. From digital, to design, to content marketing, social media and media relations, the right candidate needs to know how to combine a variety of tools in order to formulate and meet clients’ strategic objectives.

– Team orientated: This role requires a candidate who is able to work well within a team environment, and closely with a variety of professionals.

– A mind for business development: This role requires a candidates who is able to offer new services and solutions to existing clients that resonate with their business objectives. Although not a sales role, an account manager is expected to grow existing business on an ongoing basis.

Community Manager  – Junior Level (1-2 years in similar role)

We’re looking for a young, skilled community manager who is not only extremely adept on a variety of digital platforms, but also an excellent communicator with a knack for customer service. Core responsibilities and skills:

– Excellent written communication skills.

-High levels of patience and empathy.

– Highly organised and detail orientated.

– Deep understanding of how brands and companies can use platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ etc, to help achieve business goals.

– Basic image editing abilities and high visual literacy.

– Ability to understand and assume a brand’s voice.

– Diligent and responsible.

Junior Designer – Junior Level (0-2 years in similar role)

We looking for a young, talented and enthusiastic designer to join our creative team. Core responsibilities and skills:

– Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

– Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to take initiative and work alone or as part of a team.

– An understanding of the social/digital environment.

– Dreamweaver / InDesign skills advantageous.

– Previous experience with WordPress, video editing and photography will be advantageous.
